Billy Harrison & Haywire will be opening for Special Consensus.

The Special Consensus is a contemporary bluegrass band that is four decades in the making. Band leader Greg Cahill has a Distinguished Achievement Award from the IBMA and is a member of the SPBGMA Hall of Greats. Many great bluegrassers have benefited from a stint in the band and from his tutelage. In addition to Greg Cahills’ unique banjo playing, the current band includes the powerful vocalist and guitarist, Greg Blake, the versatile bassist, Dan Eubanks, and Michael Prewitt on the mandolin. One of the hardest working bands in the business, The Special Consensus keeps up with a busy touring and recording schedule. Lucketts Bluegrass is proud to welcome them back.
